Double-deckers to provide services to tourists in Samarkand

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two-story excursion buses (double-deckers) will begin to provide excursion services in the city of Samarkand.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution “On measures on ensuring speedy development of internal tourism”.

The resolution said that in April 2018, the khokimiyat of the Samarkand region will adopt a decision to launch service of double-decker buses around the city of Samarkand to provide sightseeing trips for tourists.

The document noted that double-decker buses will subsequently start to provide services to tourists in other cities of Uzbekistan.
