Early breakfast at the hotel. Meet to ESG and transfer to the railway station. Depart to Andijan by train and start a trip to the Ferghana Valley (320 km to the city of Fergana). Train passes through picturesque Kamchik mountain pass (2267 m. above sea level) *. Arrival in Kokand. Here you will visit the Palace Khudayar Khan Jami Mosque and madrasahs Norbuta - bey. The building of “Russo-Asian Bank”, detached house of Vadyaevs brothers is ‘must see’ sites of Russian part of Kokand. Check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Fergana (80 km) through the picturesque landscape of villages and fields of valley. The city of Fergana (Skobelev) was a main military and administrative center of valley during the 19th c. In Fergana you can walk through central park named after Ahmad Al-Ferganiy. Visit residence of General-governor (1891), Regional Drama theater bldg., the officer’s corpus bldg. (1879) etc. After lunch, explore city and bazaars of Fergana. Check in to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning departure from Fergana to Margilan. Visit to madrasah of Said Ahmad Khoja, cells of which today are occupied by artisans engaged in the production of silk and carpets. Then walk through the local bazaar and visit Margilan silk factory "Yodgorlik" where you can see the process of production of silk fabrics with traditional patterns "ikat". If the tour falls on a Thursday or Sunday - a trip to Kum-tepa market, the largest market in the Fergana Valley. In the afternoon, visit the pottery studio of the famous ceramist Rustam Usmanov in Rishtan, whose works are exhibited at the world's largest collections. The continuation of the program visit the house of the Kyrgyz family of wool-weaver Bahrom-aka, the master wool handmade carpets (village Oq yer, Kumarik mahalla). After the village of Oq Yer return to Andijan. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Brakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Uzbek-Kyrgyz border. Meet to the local ESG in Kyrgyz site. Lunch at L/R and transfer to the airport. Depart to capital Bishkek. Upon arrival dinner in the restaurant and overnight in hotel in Bishkek.
This entire day is dedicated to a guided tour of Bishkek. It includes visiting Pobeda Square (Victory Square), Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Central Ala-Too Square, Ala Archa National Park & Ate Beit Complex, and many others places of interest. But no tour of Bishkek is complete without visiting our Asian Bazaar! We will show it to you today and you will be able to take a lot of dynamic photos of bustling local life. This bazaar is a noisy and colorful tapestry of fabrics, produce, and people selling and buying goods. Traditional dinner will be served at 7 p.m. You will spend the night in a hotel.
In the morning transfer to the Issyk Kul Lake, surrounded by the celestial mountains. It’s the second largest alpine lake in the world (1608 m. above sea level). The lake is called "the pearl of Central Asia". Due to the salty water, Lake Issyk Kul possesses curative qualities. On route to the lake you will visit Burana Tower (an 11th century minaret) and an open air museum of Balbans (stone warriors). You will get to enjoy a traditional lunch and then we’ll make our trip to the lake. Visit famous eagle hunter-Arstan. He will tell us a lot about these beautiful birds. In the evening HR games (Horse games should be in the late afternoon, before the sunset). Your dinner will be in a yurt. Night is in a yurt.
Leave the yurt early in the morning and drive to Kaji Say to see the Art Hotel Al Hayat in Kaji Say the drive to Kochkor Village, where you will spend some time with a family that will show you the way our national felt carpets are produced. Lunch in local house. Arive in Bishkek. Dinner in a restaurant. NO HOTEL ACCOMMODATION then transfer directly to the Bishkek airport. My flight is at 03:30 am (very early in the morning, after midnight).
